Jacki is the Lead Agent with Tait Real Estate Group. She works alongside her husband, Mark Tait, who is also a licensed eXp Realty real estate agent. Together, they provide a collaborative, hands-on experience for clients looking to buy or sell homes in Flagstaff, Munds Park, and Northern Arizona. Their shared philosophy centers on education, transparency, and long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales.
Jacki has been in the Real Estate Business since 2002. She and her family moved to Flagstaff, AZ full-time in 2014. In 2023, Jacki and Mark started to split their time between Flagstaff and Clarkdale, AZ. Jacki loves helping her clients discover the joy of Flagstaff and the surrounding areas, as well as the community in Clarkdale and the Verde Valley.
In addition to working with clients, Jacki is a real estate coach, educator, and content creator. She teaches agents how to build sustainable, relationship-based businesses and shares real-world insights through video, podcasting, and writing, helping both consumers and agents better understand today’s real estate landscape.
When she’s not working with clients, Jacki enjoys traveling Northern Arizona with Mark, creating content, and spending time with their dog, Zoe.
